Announcement: We are very pleased to be able to say that we have brought in our own in-house nutritionist! She will be working very closely alongside our Chefs to ensure that each day of meals brings with it a well-balanced diet. The target ranges for each day’s macros for the vegetarian lifestyle are:

Cal 1700-1900, Carbs 180-200g, Protein 100-130g, Fat 30-50g
